1. Ownership of Content
All content, materials, videos, documents, quizzes, assignments, and any other resources provided as part of this course (“Course Content”) are the exclusive intellectual property of [Q Brothers LLC] (“Owner”) and are protected by copyright laws, international treaties, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Course Content is proprietary to the Owner and that you have been granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course Content for educational use only.
2. License to Access and Use
Upon purchasing access to this course, you are granted a limited, revocable license to view and use the Course Content solely for educational purposes. You are not granted any rights to sell, reproduce, distribute, share, sublicense, or modify the Course Content. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of the Course Content is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit the Course Content in any form or by any means for any commercial purpose without the explicit written consent of the Owner.
- Share or distribute login credentials or access to the Course Content with third parties.
- Create derivative works or adaptations of the Course Content.
- Upload, post, or otherwise share the Course Content publicly, on any platform, or in any medium, including social media or file-sharing websites.
- Use the Course Content to develop or create competing courses or educational materials.
4. Termination of Access
The Owner reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course and its content at any time, without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the Course Content and to delete any copies in your possession.
5. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
The Owner actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Any violations of this Agreement, including the unauthorized use or distribution of the Course Content, may result in legal action, including but not limited to seeking damages, injunctive relief, or any other legal remedy available under applicable law.
6. No Transfer of Ownership
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any Course Content. You agree that your rights to use the Course Content are limited to those expressly granted by this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Owner.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your unauthorized use of the Course Content.
